Parking

• The parking spot is under the building marked by "C3". Parking for a second vehicle is available in any unmarked parking spot on a first come first served basis. • Parking passes are required for assigned and unassigned parking spots • Parking passes must be completely filled out and clearly displayed to be valid. Vehicles may be towed by security if passes are not filled out correctly or other parking instructions are not followed. • 2 vehicles max per reservation, no additional passes can be issued. • The parking fee is included in the total amount.

Things to know

• Please note that the 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft area • Please, note that the twin beds and the full bed are located in the loft. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.

House rules

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine • NO PETS ALLOWED.     Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
